A major factor behind our success has been our commitment to employing school leavers and young people. We have introduced a proactive approach to ensure quality training for our apprentices.

We are forging strong bonds with universities and actively participate in the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) programme. Project placements for graduates have allowed us to attract the right people, bringing cutting edge research and technology to our organisation.
